If you compare the tenor of the questions to the 'dull, lifeless
monotone' of the VP's responses you'll see exactly what Cluetrain is
talking about.
For those interested, I was talking in my assignment about how the Internet is creating an expectation of access to information which puts pressure on governments to embrace openness, despite the incentives for secrecy. I might post the whole text of it here at a later date. |
